The YouTube creator support sucks and is pretending to care. It seems to me that Google/YouTube is hiring ROBOTS instead of humans for their live chat support.
It’s amazing that YouTube is offering such a service to their creators… however I would rather that they release a finished product, rather than a half-assed product.

There are 2 things that currently frustrate me to hell with YouTube support:
a) The support reps usually completely IGNORE your question.
b) The support is overly polite to the point of annoyance.
In this video I go over just 4 of the examples that demonstrate these points… however there are many, MANY more cases that I dealt with the support that I felt beyond frustrated, however the chat transcript for such interactions isn’t available.
YouTube – please work on your support reps and release this “product” only when it is ready!
