IVANAMANA.COM Affiliate Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. YOU MAY PRINT THIS PAGE FOR YOUR RECORDS. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND IVAN MANA (DBA IVANMANA.COM). BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.

1. Overview

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Ivanmana.com Affiliate Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow linking between your website, platform, or promotional efforts and the Ivanmana.com website. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ivanmana.com, and “you,” “your,” and “affiliate” refer to the participant.

2. Commissions

2.1. You will earn a 40% commission on the total product price for each customer you refer.

2.2. This includes:

♦ One-time purchases made at the time of the initial transaction, including any applicable upsells and downsells
♦ Recurring subscriptions the customer may sign up for during or after the purchase

2.3. For example, if a referred customer purchases a $97 one-time product and then signs up for a $47/month plan, you would earn $38.80 from the one-time product and $18.80/month for as long as the subscription remains active.

2.4. Commissions are tracked using a last-click attribution model, meaning the most recent affiliate link clicked before a purchase is credited with the sale.

2.5. Affiliate tracking cookies are valid for 30 days from the last click.

2.6. You may also earn commissions on future eligible purchases made by your referred customers, as long as they are tracked under your cookie or affiliate account during the valid window.

3. Payout Schedule

3.1. Commissions are paid 30 calendar days after the transaction date to allow time for refunds, chargebacks, or payment failures to clear.

♦ Example 1: A sale made on May 1st will result in payment on June 1st
♦ Example 2: If a customer renews on June 1st, that renewal commission will be paid on July 1st

3.2. Commission payments are made exclusively via PayPal. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal account upon joining the program.

3.3. You are solely responsible for any income tax obligations resulting from your earnings as an affiliate.

3.4. If a referred customer requests a refund after your commission has already been paid, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future payouts.

4. Affiliate Obligations

4.1. To join, you must complete and submit the online application. Approval is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time if your promotional practices are deemed inappropriate.

4.2. Approval is based on factors such as the quality of your content, alignment with our brand values, marketing experience, and history of compliance with affiliate best practices.

4.3. We may reject or terminate accounts that engage in any of the following:

♦ Promotion of sexually explicit or hateful content
♦ Illegal activity
♦ Copyright or trademark infringement
♦ Deceptive or misleading branding that resembles Ivanmana.com
♦ Software that interferes with tracking or other affiliates’ earnings

4.4. You must use the official links and materials provided to ensure accurate tracking.

4.5. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including those related to intellectual property and advertising standards.

4.6. We reserve the right to request information about your traffic sources and promotional methods. Affiliates must provide this information truthfully when requested.

4.7. Affiliates using email marketing must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Promotional emails must clearly state that the affiliate—not Ivanmana.com—is the sender.

5. Ivanmana.com Rights and Obligations

5.1. We have the right to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We may notify you of any changes to your site that we feel should be made, or to make sure that your links to our web site are appropriate and to notify further you of any changes that we feel should be made. If you do not make the changes to your site that we feel are necessary, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Ivanmana.com Affiliate Program.

5.2. Ivanmana.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Ivanmana.com Affiliate Program immediately and without notice to you should you commit fraud in your use of the Ivanmana.com Affiliate Program or should you abuse this program in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, Ivanmana.com shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales.

5.3. This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application, and will continue unless terminated hereunder.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Any breach of this Agreement may result in immediate termination.

7. Modification

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email of material changes, including updates to commissionable products or rates. Continued participation after an update signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Payment

All commission payments will be made via PayPal. Please ensure your PayPal account details are accurate and up to date to avoid any delays.

9. Access to Affiliate Dashboard

You will have access to a secure dashboard to manage your links, monitor performance, and view commissions earned.

10. Promotion Restrictions

10.1. Spamming, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising practices are strictly prohibited.

10.2. Brand bidding on terms such as “ivanmana,” “ivanmana.com,” “online marketing blueprint,” or variations thereof in search ads is not allowed.

10.3. You may not fake leads, tamper with referral data, or use tactics that overwrite other affiliates’ cookies.

10.4. Use of software like popups, adware, toolbars, or Parasiteware™ that interferes with user experience or affiliate tracking is prohibited.

11. Grant of Licenses

11.1. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Ivanmana.com’s name, logos, and creatives solely for purposes of promoting our products as an affiliate.

11.2. You may not modify or misuse Ivanmana.com’s brand in any way that is misleading or damaging.

12. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding the operation of our website or affiliate system and disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

13. Representations and Warranties

You warrant that you have full legal authority to enter this Agreement and that your activities under this Agreement will not violate any laws or regulations.

14. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you under this Agreement.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ivanmana.com harmless from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your participation in the program or your website content.

16. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared between you and Ivanmana.com must remain confidential and may not be shared without written consent.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership or employment relationship.

17.2. Neither party may assign this Agreement without consent, except in cases of business acquisition.

17.3. This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between both parties and supersedes all previous communications.

17.4. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will continue in full force.

17.5. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
