I charge $400 USD per hour, transferred via PayPal, and charged by 15 minute increments. So it would be $100 for 15 minutes, $200 for 30 minutes, and so on. Payment comes UPFRONT and BEFORE starting the work, so after I give you a quote, you can transfer that money and as soon as I receive it, we can begin. If the work takes way less than what I stated, I will issue the necessary refund.
If my work takes 20 minutes, then the cost will be $200. If my work takes 29 minutes, the cost is also $200. If my work takes 31 minutes, the cost will be $300, which is the cost for the next time increment (45 minutes).
