Are you looking for a mentor?
In this video I tell you exactly where you can find a mentor and what it means to have one.
It’s a very common and popular topic and a lot of you guys have been messaging and emailing me asking if I can be your mentor or where can you find a mentor and frankly – this whole mentor thing – I don’t really buy it.
So whenever you ask somebody how they achieved their success and the only answer they give you is “hey i got a mentor”, something is a little fishy, cause that’s too vague of an answer.
Because the truth, there is no “one” mentor. There is no one person who is going to watch over and guide you and tell you what to do. Rarely maybe there is, but you shouldn’t be in pursuit of one to become successful.
If you do happen to come across a mentor, it should happen naturally, not by you searching for one and emailing people and asking them if they can be your mentor.
So if you ask me how I found my success and how I started my business, I’m not going to tell you that I “got a mentor”. I’m going to tell you that i did my research, bought a crapload of courses, spent a lot of money, and learned the hard way, and succeeded by doing affiliate marketing, I’m not going to tell you that i got rich because i got a mentor – that’s bullshit.
Whenever somebody says that, it raises a little red flag for me as to what exactly they did to become wealthy. You can never just “get a mentor” and become rich – I just don’t buy it.
So if you guys are looking for a mentor, the way you do it is by doing the research yourself. There is no one “mentor” and everything you need is available for you online, on YouTube, on websites, Google, and so on – THAT is your mentor. That’s how you become better and learn, in whatever niche or field you’re interested in.
So whenever you ask somebody and they tell you that they got rich because they got a mentor, ask them a little more – dig a little further. Ask them what did the mentor specialize in? What exactly was their business model?
And that’s what you should do if you’re looking for a mentor.
